Refund and Clinic Policy

Our Policies

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

AMBROSIA AESTHETICS DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. THIS APPLIES TO SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCT. YOU MAY NOT OBTAIN A CREDIT FOR AMBROSIA AESTHETICS NOR APPLY YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT TOWARDS ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AT AMBROSIA AESTHETICS. PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR CLINIC, MAY NOT BE RETURNED BACK TO OUR CLINIC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD THIS POLICY.

LATE ARRIVALS

It is best to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment.  In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

Consultations

All consultations are non-refundable.  It is also the policy of this Practice that should a patient fail to arrive or cancel their prepaid Aesthetic Consultation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, their consultation fee will be forfeited.

Surgery

In order to secure your surgery date a non-refundable deposit will be required. If surgery is cancelled by yourself the deposit amount will not be refunded, however, any additional amounts paid will be refunded to the patient.  Once surgery is performed, fees are not refundable.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. 

We recognize the time of our clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.

SICK OR FEELING UNWELL

If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a treatment or surgery while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse. We also would like to remind you that AMBROSIA AESTHETICS  is an open space,  and want to make sure to respect and protect everyone’s well-being.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Ambrosia Aesthetics standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the monsoon months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the metro area is under a rainy weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and gift certificate holders. Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:

• Cancer

• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure

• Swollen or painful lymph nodes

• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis

• New injury of any kind

• Open sores

• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)

• Diabetes

• Blood Disorder and Disease

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, skin care products, facial and cosmetic services are non-refundable.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. Ambrosia Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.

CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT

Due to our limited seating and our guest to maintain the clinic ambiance. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the clinic including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

All clinic guests must be 18 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.  All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
